Welcome to my website!  I have been advising Barrie families through the mortgage process since 1998.  I take pride in educating my clients on mortgage trends and creating unbiased mortgage plans with the help of our 50 different banks and lenders.

We all work full time together to ensure the process is seamless and enjoyable for each and every client.    

What will it cost me? I heard you charge a fee?

We are compensated from the lender, (not you, the borrower). We are only paid when we have successfully completed in helping our clients. We are therefore motivated to help you. When creative, specialized, or difficult mortgages are required, a consulting fee will be disclosed to you up front.
