My family and I cannot thank you enough for the amazing work you did for us. Your guidance and knowledge of the mortgage industry is the best I have seen.
As our broker you always made sure that we were aware of all the steps you were going to take on our behalf.
You made sure that all the appropriate paper work from the bank were approved before releasing the condition of financing, as other broker will say “sure” you can release it no problem without verifying and ensuring a bank approval. I am certain that many people find themselves in trouble after having releasing the condition and finding themselves without any money from a bank because the broker did not actually had a “real” bank approval.
We are finally in our home. We are settling slowly as this was a quick 15 days closing, from Barrie, Ontario to Gatineau, Quebec! And many times we actually thought you were right here with us!
Cory, there was much work to do to make this deal happen. I have to admit that at the beginning I was questioning all those questions that you were asking about our finances but really you just wanted to make sure that we would be able to close the deal. Furthermore, we were able to pay ALL of our high ratio debts, put our down payment and move into this beautiful home. The kids are surely going to be happy here.
When we move to our next house or if anyone is asking about a broker, not only we will say Dominion Lending but we will say CORY KLINE! The best out there! ~The Noncent Family~
